PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT TRAINING

The Drones in Schools: Teacher Professional Development Program is a hands-on, immersive training initiative designed for educators and school administrators to explore and integrate drone technology into classroom instruction. Through this program, participants will gain foundational and practical knowledge of drones and how they can be used to support a wide range of curriculum goals in STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics) and beyond.

What is it?

Through the teacher professional development training educators will not only learn how drones work, but also how to confidently operate them, implement drone-related activities, and link drone-based learning to national curriculum standards and learning outcomes.

  • Primary and secondary school teachers across disciplines (Science, IT, Math, Geography, Visual Arts, Industrial Arts, and more).
