SHIPPING POLICY

DOMESTIC ORDERS

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days prior to shipment. Once shipped, delivery within the Cayman Islands will be completed within 3-5 business days. Orders only ship on business days (M-F). Orders placed before 1 PM EST and verified will ship the same business day; after 1 PM EST will ship the next business day.


Shipping is completed through FedEx and tracking information will be provided to the customer.
Once shipped, DRIFT UAV. is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen products. DRIFT UAV is also not responsible for any delivery delays that may occur.

If you experience delivery delays or a lost, damaged or stolen product, please contact FedEx and file a claim. If you need any additional information for your claim, please contact us at support@driftents.com, and we will do our best to provide assistance. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days prior to shipment. Once shipped, delivery will be completed within 3-7 business days.

The delivery time may differ depending on customs inspections, and unforeseeable delays may occur both when leaving the country and entering another country.

International shipping is completed through FedEx and tracking information will be provided to the customer.
Please also note that it is your responsibility as the customer to pay any customs, taxes, clearance fees and/or other extra fees at the time you accept the package.
These fees are not collected by DRIFT UAV at any time throughout the ordering process.
We are also unable to predict the exact fees that may incur, but there are many resources available online to help provide an estimate and calculate these additional fees.
